President : Ann Marie K. Stanton, EIT

President / Project Manager a Villanova graduate with 30+ years of engineering, design, and management of complex projects, products and facilities. She is the co-founder of The ENC Group, LLC and oversees operations providing engineering design reviews, project quality control and cost control with in house staff and consultants.  She is the Principal in Charge for multiple projects for governmental agencies, industrial and commercial clients. Mrs. Stanton has extensive experience with engineering, design, and management of projects, product development and facilities. She has performed feasibility studies, analysis of system components, and risk assessments on major military and industrial projects.  She is an experienced design and estimating engineer providing added value to the project teams with constructability and construction drawing reviews, which often result in cost effective solutions.

Vice President : Francis J. Stanton, Jr. P.E.

Vice President / Principal Engineer  a Villanova graduate with 30+ years of experience in responsible charge for engineering design, inspection, construction and management  of projects, and is a registered professional engineer in multiple states including NJ, NY, PA, MO, CO, GA, TN, DE, MD, AL, AZ, TX, VA, WA, IN, MA, MI and as-need obtain additional licenses. Mr. Stanton is the Principal in Charge for ENC within States requiring Certificates of Authority or Firm registrations.  His experience includes detailed design, analysis and the supervision of employees and consultants, and presentations to corporate executives. His skills include  piping and vessel analysis, equipment design and repairs.  Coordinating multi-discipline design efforts between mechanical, structural and electrical design.  He prepares resource loading, scheduling, and work execution plans for clients and ENC projects. Mr. Stanton was named Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers 2013 Engineer of the Year, President of PSPE from 2011-2012, and continues to participate in NSPE, PSPE ASME committees and a member of the Pennsylvania Registration Board for Professional Engineers.  CAL-OES SAP Trained in Post Disaster Safety Evaluations using ATC-45 and ATC 20.

Project Engineer : Francis J. Stanton, III, EIT

Project Engineer, a University of Rhode Island  graduate in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Nuclear Engineering. He has extensive experience with facility modifications, design analysis, inspections, reports, and site plan development, general equipment arrangements, piping, electrical services, cost estimating and scheduling. He has provided owner representation, inspection, engineering and construction support services for power plant cooling tower replacements throughout the U.S.A.  He has designed equipment platforms, bases and structures using IBC, ASCE 7, AISC within the project constraints for multiple loading conditions in accordance to local and state code requirements.  He has created 3D general arrangements for process equipment, piping plans, isometric diagrams, and analysis. He has defined risk matrixes for power companies faced with major equipment outages due to catastrophic failures, developed cost estimates for major facilities from engineering drawings and provides bid analysis to determine best value.  He is fluent in Staad structural software, Caesar II for piping stress and flexibility analysis, CadWorx Plant Professional, Costworks as well as the standard office software.
